1. Flowchart and briefing
Mainly consists of absorption tower, circling tank, pump, blower and exhaust pipe etc. tail gas goes into tower from bottom and go up through filler, spraying system, liquid goes into tower from top and contact with tail gas, demister be equipped inside tower, widely be used for pharmacy, chemical, metallurgy etc.
2. Technical features
(1) High efficiency, take chloride gas drying be as example, moisture will be ≤150PPM for single tower, and upto ≤25PPM for more absorption towers.
(2) Less pressure drop, for filler tower with 5m height, it’s pressure drop can be less than 100mm water column.
(3) Large gas treatment in unit area, so cost of tower will be more economic.
(4) FRP absorption tower can be integrated structure, it has good sealing, more safety etc characteristics.
(5) Excellent corrosion resist, maintenance freely.
It has two types: wet-process purification tower and dry-process absorption tower.
Wet-process purification tower includes filler tower, scrubber tower, desulfurization tower, rotational flow tower, bubble tower etc, dry-process absorption tower includes active carbon absorption tower, SDG acid-mist absorption tower. Be mainly used for treatment of H2SO4, HCL, HF, CrO3, HCN, H2S, NH3, NOx etc waste gases.
It’s be widely used for chemical, electronics, metallurgy, electro-galvanized, textile (chemical fiber), foodstuff, mechanical manufacturing etc.
