Before the construction, you should be familiar with the drawings, listen to the technical staff of the designer, understand the content and quality requirements of the project, and promptly raise the design problems and reasonable revision opinions.
Accurately grasp the local meteorological data, hydrological and engineering geological conditions, the situation of underground concealed works and the situation of ground buildings, and conduct on-site field surveys, carefully investigate, approve and provide information, find problems in time for retesting and drilling, and master in detail Under the premise of the design information, the construction organization design is carried out and the construction work is started.
FRP Pipe should understand the appearance of the pipeline before construction, check the product's certificate, and check whether it meets the corresponding standards, and ask the manufacturer for the installation method, understand the manufacturer's requirements, and master all the materials of the pipeline.
FRP Pipe material composition is different from steel pipe and cast iron pipe, and is also different from reinforced concrete pipe with wire winding. It is a flexible pipe of composite material, and the port of the pipeline must meet the requirements of the contractor. Before construction, the stiffness of the pipeline should be checked according to the dynamic load of the undisturbed soil. The stiffness of the pipeline should be reasonable. The construction method and backfilling should be arranged according to the rigidness of the design to ensure the quality of the construction period, reduce the construction period and reduce the total investment of the project.
The FRP Pipe has two types of buried and ground surface laying, and more buried ground. This paper describes the laying method of buried pipes. Its contents include: slotting, foundation treatment, down pipe, steady pipe, interface, backfill and other major processes, and later inspection and acceptance. The pressure pipe is tested for water tightness.
The interface type between the FRP Pipe and the pipe is a socket type double O-ring connection, which is assembled in the same manner as the socket type cast iron pipe. Before installation, you should have a good kiln design drawing, read the instructions, the following items must be observed when installing:
1) Accept the specifications and dimensions of all pipes, and the pressure rating requirements should be consistent with the design drawings;
2) The storage location of the pipe should be a relatively flat place;
3) Prepare the assembly equipment and use different equipment for different specifications;
4) Prepare the construction plan according to the construction drawing. The construction plan is similar to the installation of other types of pipes;
5) Configure all the pipeline accessories, such as elbows, exhaust valve tees, drain valves and matching valves;
6) Before assembling the pipeline, the basic dimensions of the earthwork construction should first be checked to confirm compliance with the design requirements.
