In addition to special geological and topographical conditions, FRP Pipe laying requirements are implemented in accordance with current national or industry relevant pipe radiation codes or regulations. Whether the trench is supported or not should be determined by the construction organization according to the soil quality, groundwater level, slotted section and external load conditions of the trench.
Support materials can be selected from steel, wood or steel wood.
Before the FRP Pipe is backfilled, it is necessary to check whether the appearance of the pipeline is damaged or not, and the quality of the connection is not falling. The backfill should not contain organic materials, frozen soil and hard objects such as bricks and stones larger than 50mm. The backfill compact density shall not be less than the density required by the design.
