FRP GRP fiberglass diesel fuel oil tank SF underground fuel storage tank
Full name of SF double-layer oil tank is steel reinforced plastic double-layer oil tank, with double-layer structure and 0.1mm gap in it. FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic outer layer ensures that the leakage will not directly leak and pollute the soil and water source. The outer FRP FRP will not produce electrolytic corrosion with ground water, gasoline, diesel and other substances. The underground of the gas station is equipped with double-layer oil storage tank for storing fuel oil. The leakage detection device is installed in the tank to detect the oil leakage of the inner tank.
SF structure
1. Inner layer: it is made of 6mm thick Q235-B steel plate. Compared with the ordinary single-layer oil tank with the thickness of only 5mm, its strength is improved.
2. Outer layer: reinforced glass fiber layer with thickness of more than 2.5mm, good compression and seismic resistance. With corrosion resistance, electrical corrosion resistance;
3. Through clearance: 0.1 ~ 3.5mm; no firm support within 300 °
4. Reinforcement structure: inner tank reinforcement.
5. Detection equipment: the leakage detector monitors the liquid level at the bottom of the clearance space in real time for 24 hours, and gives an alarm when it detects the liquid level at the bottom of the clearance space.
The underground fuel storage tank is available in single or double wall and incorporates a pre-engineered corrosion monitoring system. We manufacture to your requirements and can purpose build a storage vessel to suit your needs,also offering increased burial depth or over standard head pressure allowances.The double wall underground fuel tank design features two steel walls and an interstitial leak detection well. The inner steel fiberglass petrol tanks provides structural strength, while the exterior tank made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) prevents corrosion. A unique standoff mesh and mylar layer separates the steel and fiberglass tanks creating a uniform interstitial space with monitor to ensure rapid and accurate leak detection.
