FRP products have excellent physical properties, higher specific strength than steel, cast iron and plastic, and the heat conductivity coefficient is only 0.5 of steel, which is a good thermal and electrical insulation experience. FRP products have great flexibility in design and excellent wall structure. The working temperature of the products is between -50 and 200 degrees. The pressure resistance is generally below 6.4MPa. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging and long service life. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-seepage, heat insulation, insulation, non-toxic and smooth surface. The physical and chemical properties of the products can be adjusted by changing the resin system or using different reinforcement materials to meet the needs of different media and working conditions. The significant characteristics of the fiber winding composite materials are the design of different pressures through the thickness of structural layer, winding angle and wall thickness.
SF dual-layer oil storage tank is more safe, environmental and economical. S means steel for inner tank which contacts with oil fuel, like petroleum, diesel etc; F means FRP for outer shell which contacts with soil.

The tank can store the following media such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene, also can store solid or liquid,alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid (98%).
Safety characteristics
If the inner tank of double-layer oil tank leaks, the gas or detection liquid with a certain pressure in the double-layer gap will enter the inner tank under normal pressure; the pressure or liquid level in the double-layer gap will change, triggering the audible and visual alarm. When the reservoir leaks into the double-layer gap, the reservoir will not leak out because the outer tank is in good condition. Therefore, the reservoir, soil and groundwater are safe.
