hengshui jiubo Hot dip galvanized water tank is a new type of water tank.The product manufacturing installation are not affected by civil construction, no welding equipment, a stretch molding, to prevent secondary pollution of water quality, in line with the construction product standardization,systematization, factory requirements.
HDG water tank is punched by Q235 into 1m*1m,1m*0.5m, and 0.5m*0.5m, etc standard panels, drilling around, after HDG treatment,assembly at site. When combined, the gap between two standard panels is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts.
Material:Q235 steel plate,stamping into 1000x1000 and 1000x500 standard module.The drilling hole is processed with hot dip galvanizing. Each panel will be lined with non-toxic rubber blanket,connected with bolts.
Tank Structure
1) Panels ( Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole);
(2) Internal parts ( Internal ladder, tie piece rod, support, flanges and rubber);
(3) External parts ( External ladder, angle iron, tie piece board, bolts and nuts);
(4) U-steel base (surface treatment can be painted or hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel).
